Soundboard 8.6 – This is a tape of contraries – on the one hand it is very forceful, with a wall of intense guitar/vocal energy with a driving bass pushing the sound through your brain – but it comes at a cost…which is dynamic range. The music is all there, you will even hear piano in the mix, and it’s just kind of lacking overall clarity and dynamics. All that being taken into consideration, what you have here is still a very good piece of history, a fun listen and one that does slightly improve (after the beginning where the sound is still finding its level/mix.
