Nazareth Radio City Music Hall 1976 Audience 9.2 – Opening for Deep Purple, the band has something to prove…and prove it they did! In excellent, mind-bending sonic POWER – the kick drum literally will kick your skull in – the crowd extending their pleasure with every note. For those only familiar with their two radio staples, you will most certainly want to re-examine this band’s output after hearing this. I know I did!
Deep Purple Radio City Music Hall 1976 Audience 9.1 – This is a long awaited tape for many people who craved to hear the late Tommy Bolin with the band in at least above average quality. This is way above average! Now, it is not perfect, I would have liked more guitar in the house mix, but still you can’t deny the power and excitement of this recording. It SMOKES in a MAJOR ass-kicking way! Get it.
