Audience 8.8 – Very clear, and pretty bright, and that means the tape sacrifices the bottom end in favor of getting the clarity and separation of instruments – that might be considered the trade-off here. I would prefer more bass, but this is something one can add themselves, that is why I highly rate this recording. I think because it is so clear you can really season it to taste more so than if you had a cluttered, or muddy recording.
