  • Everything in this canister sounds very good to great (sdbrd) but I would say disc 1 (the early 1980 show) is the worst sounding, but consequently one of extreme importance. These early Blizzard gigs are the REAL band, and I mean they were a band and not a concoction and not that I have anything against the second iteration, I think this first line-up was badass. This entire set is a joy to listen to, as I stated most of it is very good to excellent quality and going through these important years is a hell of a lot of fun and quite fitting now that Ozzy has performed his final show. The package and art is simply stunning, and befitting of an "unauthorized" tribute to him and his career during the 80's. • Audience 8.6 - The first thing you want to do when you begin to play this is skip the first song. The taper is bustling around trying to get into his seat, the tape deck microphone is buried deep within his clothing and the sound mix on stage is still being dialed in...all told this track is unlistenable. What happens next is miraculous - the sun begins to shine in the darkness! We now have a recording to enjoy, and it is enjoyable. It's not Randy, but look, what was asked of Bernie was impossible and he did a remarkable job filling in while they searched for a permanent replacement. I admire Bernie Torme and do not ignore the live recordings of him with Ozzy (not many are very good unfortunately). This is one of the better sounding tapes out there from this period. • Audience 8.5 - A total time capsule, I mean, if you want to know what the 70's sounded like just pop this CD in. Kind of dated but hippie cool. Sound is good, but a little crowded in the middle and raucous in a fun way. Your ears will bump into the guy next to you, and you'll be pushed and shoved a little but man, you are at the show having a blast. The thing about listening to mid 70's live Aerosmith is you are always kind of tuning in to hear signs of the impending train-wreck about to happen at any minute and I guess that is the charm of it. This recording is the train wrecking, but as I said it's in a pretty phun way. AEROSMITH Cleveland Coliseum Cleveland, Ohio 1976-06-28 01. JAWS INTRO 02. MAMA KIN 03. WRITE ME 04. S.O.S. • Soundboard 9.0 - A somewhat dated sounding board tape. It's good enough, it's better than a muddy, distant audience tape, but it is less than the typical crispness you expect out of a board tape. There's a very driving guitar tone on here though, and it really powers this show in a highly dynamic way. • Audience 9.2 - An incomplete show, but who's counting? Fourteen rock and roll songs by masters of this style. When you hear the songs that you are familiar with, there is an air of this being kind of less of a nostalgic performing of classics and more of a rare opportunity to hear the authentic performances of them in a small club live setting. It's charming, but serious. • Audience 8.8 - A recording where the audience does get some attention but not in an obnoxious way, just in an enthusiastic way which sometimes adds to the excitement...but for some it might be a distraction. I didn't mind it, there really wasn't a particular audience member who yelled stupidly right into the mic. Thankfully the band is pretty reasonably clear, most of the time. I think there is room in your collection for this one, which won't be the best Animals show, but it certainly won't be the worst. • Live at Palasport Scandicci Florence in Italy in 1989! A great soundboard recording from the Kings of Metal era. The record that is missing in every Manowar aficionado collection.

  • The demos from one of the greatest records of all time! Randy’s work can be heard here, different solos melodies simply amazing! A lot has been said though the years about this record, this demos show a different insight about how this fantastic master piece came together.
  • In 1995 Lemmy celebrated his 50th with a special Motörhead club gig in LA. The support act: The Lemmys… aka Metallica! The CD includes plenty of bonus tracks - rare tracks mainly Metallica playing Motorhead though the years. Fun and indispensable at your collection!
  • Great live performance from Dokken! The Audio came to us from an unknown source and it seems to be a soundboard recording, although the audience noise is loud and clear too, so we have our doubt! It does not sound bad, by any means, but we can’t assure you it is a sound board recording as we usually do.
  • It's 2004 and Ozzfest has reached New Jersey. Black Sabbath are headlining, but rumors about Ozzy's health are circulating backstage and only one man can save the day: The Metal God, no other then Rob Halford! This the capture of that moment! Fantastic show, great recording! Limited to 200 copies!!!!!!
  • Here you have the Plane Jane Demos (Jani Lane pre Warrant Band) and the very first proper sound recording of a Warrant’s show. Recorded at the legendary Gazzarri’s this show has some tunes never officially released by the band. Songs that did not make it to the first album!
  • Herer are the Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich Demos! The band recorded 21 songs, some of them were left out of the record. So this CD as plenty of unreleased material for any Warrant’s fan to go crazy!!!
  • Eric Turner made self-released CD called “Demos for Diehards” containing 11 unreleased tracks from Warrant’s early career. Here you have that same set of 11 songs plus a bunch of 6 unreleased tracks recoded though bands career in the 90’s. A must for every Warrant fan!
  • Kiss coming to Brazil in the early 80’s was a truly revolution! It was news all over the place! The Maracana Stadium, used for the first time on this king of show with an international act. The sound could be better if Brazilian sound engineers and broadcast equipment was better, but is decent enough for a soundboard recording.
  • Are you a Thrasher? This one’s for you! Testament during the “The Ritual tour” practicing what they preach – Great powerful thrash Metal! Very cool soundboard recording!
  • Motorhead Live in Lisboa! Right on the first song the band sent the power down! The played too loud – too fuckin loud that the made the life of the soundboard guys a nightmare! Apart from the initial technical issues, the show went on good (and Loud!). A hard-to-find recording nowadays! Brought here be the man who made the sound himself! And to this day can’t forget how fuckin loud the band played!

  • Audience 8.6 - Starts off a bit dodgy but gets better. Vocals are up front in the mix but still "round" and by that I mean not clearly defined to where you can make out the words. Drums are probably the clearest instrument in this recording and they propel the music forward with gusto. Guitars are raucous and as dirty as you want them, and the overall recording is a bit dirty too coming from the crowd where you get a great sense of being there with them. This is a recording that is worth sticking with because by the third or fourth song in you can really start to appreciate it because it does seem as though everything gets just a little bit clearer and more distinct (you can really tell during Over The Top).
