Audience 7.3 - Kind of muddy at volume but the acoustic segments are sweet. -
Audience 7.8 - Clear, a good tape for the time period. Some artifacts present but not too distracting. A good one to get. -
Soundboard 9.3 - From various locations during the 1976 tour. Really, I find this about as pleasurable a collection as I have ever heard. It’s all acoustic selections too. Really wonderful. -
Pro 9.0 - I believe this was Broadcast at the time, but either way it’s a great time capsule and a very early Crazy Horse gig. Everyone should check this out. -
Audience 8.8 - Solid right in the middle, with perhaps a little bit of “darkness” in the mix towards the low end that causes a fractional amount of over saturation but this is a fine recording. Let me put it this way, something like this seems to have been “authorized” or at least recorded with the knowledge of the artists. It’s placed too well in the venue, and no audience interference you have to think they knew it was being recorded. -
Audience 7.5 - Pretty clear, some natural reverb from the hall present but surprising clarity in the highs so I gather this is a very low generation tape source. -
Audience 8.3 - One of the better audience captures in my opinion. A strong show, doesn't hurt my ears it's very very good! -
Audience 8.8 - Great, guitar is up front in the mix. -
Audience 7.0 - Average large stadium rock show sound. Ozzy is clearest, and thankfully Randy’s solos are nice and present because that is what you want the most. -
Audience 7.2 - Big outdoor stadium sound. Not great, but does have atmosphere and guitar can be heard throughout. -
Audience 6.9 - Sounds close to the PA, not much definition just very loud. -
Audience 7.0 - at times 7.4 -

Audience 8.0 - Very good recording that has tons of life to it, drums sound great, bass is there too, in kind of a defined way but not providing super bottom which is fine, guitar is clear and defined and crunchy. Ozzy sounds good, this is a fine show! -
Audience 8.3 - This recording is super lively but there’s some crowding and crunchiness right in the middle frequencies that takes some of the clarity out with it, but it’s just a great listen nonetheless. I am surprised I was not familiar with this show, it’s a keeper. -
Soundboard 9.1 - Legendary, everyone should have this. Classic Randy shredding lights out and Ozzy in fine voice. -
Audience 7,8 - It’s hard to get across the reason why Ozzy/Randy era collectors really ought to get this even though the rating seems low. Well, it was lower until it got remastered, and that helped highlight what is good on this tape, which is that the guitar is nicely in front, and that you can actually hear everything and it is not distorted or too muddy…except when taper seems to have to hide his mic, which thankfully is not often. But, yes, it’s got issues like most stadium rock bands that played at high volume, where the tape deck just cannot get the hugeness of the sound onto the old magnetic tape. Now, let me just say, when Randy solos, you get that clear and center here, and especially during his solo part in Suicide Solution where it’s just him. It’s kind of like pulling off the bed sheets, it really opens up. A good tape for collectors that has a lot to offer, the bonus being it is not a common tape at all. -
Audience 8.9 - A lively audience while the band is in top form and both seem to feed off of each other. A great show! -

Audience 7.8 - Quite a brilliant sound, some audience involvement occasionally, just a touch of hall, but good atmosphere to compliment a pleasant tape. -

Soundboard 9.1 - Good, tight, maybe leans a little trebly but still it’s rockin’ good to the eardrums. -
Audience 8.0-8.4 - Gets better and better. Strong stage mix, great bass and drum sound, and oh that guitar, blazing! -
Audience 7.1 - Boomy, loud, raunchy, phases in and out sometimes…but the incredible electric acid blues rock vibe shines through it all. Sometimes it sounds like you are standing too close to their main PA, it’s scary real this tape! -
Soundboard 9.6 - Incredible in every way. -
Audience 8.6 - A gentle sound, like in a coffee shop or small TV studio. Very intimate! -
Audience 9.4 - Super clean and present, right up front recording that sparkles. -
Soundboard 8.6-9.0 - Varying degrees but all very good -
Audience 9.2 - Tremendous presence, like you are sitting on the lawn in front of the stage. Great! -

Audience 7.4 - MUCH MUCH better than the previously circulated version! Still not perfect, but this is well worth getting if you want to upgrade your old copy, otherwise if you are a collector and do not have it, you should get it because rock concerts at Carnegie Hall were few and far between. -

Audience 9.1 - Legendary is all I can say. A beautiful recording that captures the vibe of the day, and every note of the gig as the sound wafted gently through the air into the superior quality tape deck that was used for this capture. Get it! -
Audience 8.2 - As good as one could hope for, this recording being about as important and critical to the legend that is Pink Floyd as anything they did after Syd. Actually, everything is pretty clear here, and surprisingly you have Syd Barrett actually performing rather well at this gig. A MUST have. -
Audience 7.9 - A little more cluttered than the Copenhagen show, still this remaster reveals much more to the ear than anything that surfaced in the past. Another absolutely crucial tape recording that cements the bona fide legend that was Syd Barrett. -
Audience 8.6 - A strong performance with an especially creepy CWTAE, and the tape showcases all of it clearly, and with power. Very slight bit of breaking up at the most extreme volume but it hangs together, and the quieter parts are sublime with a very clear organ/keys which is nice. A good one! -
Audience 7.7 - A rain shortened show, recorded from what sounds like around the middle of the stadium. So, it’s a little distant, a little muddled, not that great but you do get to hear everything on the stage. When I say muddled I do not mean it is muddy or murky necessarily, just that the sound is not that clear. I think collectors will want this because it is unusual, that the show was stopped for rain – although they did play more, just did not play for as long as they usually did. -

Audience 7.9 - A little remastering helped this old recording immensely! Now it is worth a listen, even if it is not the brightest of hi-fi jobs…but it’s a document and a good one. -

Audience 7.2 - I would have preferred the guitar higher in the mix, so what happens is before the band starts playing, the audio sounds perfect, then when they start, the levels change and sound, for whatever reason, sounds weak, or it is the mix. It’s weird, because the drums sound fine, the bass is present, and then vocals but where is the keyboard and guitar? They are there, you can hear them, but they are too far back. -
SDBRD 9.4 - I actually believe this recording probably sounds a lot better than what the people at the show were hearing. I say that because these huge outdoor concerts did not always have the pinnacle of clear sound mixes, and ear-bleeding volume does not always mean it sounds good it just means it sounds stupid loud. I’d rather have a good sounding recording rather than the damaged hearing. -
Audience 9.6 - Very atmospheric and warm, presents a very realistic impression of the sound you would have heard had you been there.
