  • Pro Studio 9.5 - A brilliant sonic overhaul done for these historic tracks. For years circulated widely but now restored and remastered to proper speed .... collectors will be happy to have this set.
  • Audience 9.3 - Good dynamic capture of one of the better performances. A must have!
  • Soundboard 9.4 - A newly remastered version of the matinee soundboard show in all it’s glory restored – with bonus material from Seattle, this is well worth re-examining because I found it to be a really pro job, and you don’t have to suffer through the inferior audience tape thrown in because quite honestly there would be no point at all. George Harrison Live In Los Angeles 1974 (matinee) Los Angeles Forum 12.11.1974 Disc 1 01 -Hari's On Tour (Express) 02 -While My Guitar Gently Weeps 03 -Something 04 -Will It Go Round In Circles 05 -Sue Me Sue You Blues 06 -Zoom, Zoom, Zoom 07 -Naderdani 08 -Cheparte 09 -I Am Missing You 10 -Dispute And Violence 11 -For You Blue 12 -Band Introductions 13 -Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth) 14 -In My Life 15 -Tom Cat 16 -Maya Love Disc 2 Center Coliseum Seattle. • Audience 8.8 - A large hall with a lot of atmosphere but the recording thankfully was handled with care by the tapers. Not super close, but not nosebleed, levels are perfect, and the stereo effect is nice. Audio quality is decent, giving you a pretty solid idea of what you would have been hearing with your own ears if you were there.
  • Studio Quality 9.4 - A really great release, all music contained herein is of the finest quality and best vintage. George Harrison Early version of the "Living In The Material World" including outtakes. 01. Give Me Love 02. Sue Me Sue You Blues - instrumental 03. The Light That Has Lighted the World 04. Don't Let Me Wait Too Long - instrumental mix 05. Who Can See It 06. Living In The Material World - instrumental mix 07. The Lord Loves the One (That Loves The Lord) 08. Be Here Now 09. The Day the World Gets Round - rough instrumental mix 10. That Is All - rough instrumental mix 11. Miss O'Dell 12. Try Some Buy Some
  • Studio Quality 9.3 - Is this actually the album/albums that George wanted to be released posthumously?  Probably not, but certainly they are based on the idea he had for his “Leg End” finale. Good stuff and interesting to listen to!  BTW the text on the back cover is rather difficult to read so best to use this information and save yourself from the squinty-eyes!

  • Audience 8.9 - Sounding almost like a board tape with little audience interference and a good, immediate sound, emphasis on mid range punch. Excellent!
  • Audience 9.2 - A wide and natural sounding recording. Music here is very present, very clear, and the atmosphere is palpable. This show in not complete either, missing the Ravi Shankar set (so what). George is not horse, he is just dark.
