Audience 8.4 - The same taping crew that did the Ozzy Osbourne, and it sounds very similar but maybe a touch clearer. It’s a pretty good effort, especially when you consider the year, and what I mean is that the tape recording equipment used during most of the 80’s did not usually produce anything to write home about. So, overall, this is a really decent early period Def Leppard recording. DEF LEPPARD Music Mountain South Fallsburg, NY. Audience 8.8 - A very decent, wide field recording. What that means is there’s a lot of headroom so you can turn it up and it will sound even better.
