• Audience 8.8 - This is a well rounded recording that delivers most of what is required to ensure a show remains worthy of repeat listens. The only real limitations I could discern are a slight “noisiness” somewhere between the upper mid band and the high band frequencies that are more noticeable during cymbal crashes – and even then it’s minimal. Maybe another critical observation is the overall audio mix coming from the stage is not ideal, it’s not bad, but it’s not as guitar/vocal prominent as you might be used to, again even that is being overly critical because it’s also not that bad. This is a good tape that may not satisfy the perfectionists out there but will take care of the rest of us (me included!). • Audience 9.4 - I love recordings like this! Super loud but not distorted, and right in your face like your sitting on Rory’s side of the PA. • Soundboard 9.4 - A newly remastered version of the matinee soundboard show in all it’s glory restored – with bonus material from Seattle, this is well worth re-examining because I found it to be a really pro job, and you don’t have to suffer through the inferior audience tape thrown in because quite honestly there would be no point at all. • Audience 9.0 - A really fine attempt to capture a loud metal band in a small club. • Audience 9.1 - Here’s a rarity of sorts, a late 80’s Jefferson Airplane show. So, how relevant were they in the grunge rock era?  There’s plenty of fire left in this rock band, and rock they do!  Quality is very good here, so your ears can relax and your mind can drift away as you re-engage yourself with what really matters…great, original rock and roll. • Audience 9.4 - I love these open-air recordings that really shine, capturing not just the music but the entire vibe of the event…and so realistically!  This to me is what collecting is about, basically it is about reliving a musical event from the past. • Soundboard 9.6 - Killer sound for a heavier rock band because they preserve the tone and the dynamics, it’s not just VOLUME up to 10 although I am pretty certain this show was very loud. • Audience 9.3 - The great thing about this performer is that his sound and style is timeless – it might as well be 1976 because after listening to his shows from the 70’s, I can’t tell much difference between then and this 1990 show. The show sounds great, it is rich and full bodied with an especially beautiful drum sound and bass is meaty without being overbearing although it sometimes shakes your speakers!

  • Soundboard 9.8 - A professionally made recording that saw a digital only release. This takes that stellar download and presents it in uncompressed, lossless form for you to enjoy. Nothing quite like this mesmerizing blend of Eastern trance psychedelic and Krautrock, the band never lost a step and sound like they traveled through a worm hole in time/space to leap from 1974 to 2013.

  • Audience 9.2 - I rate this one highly because it has a unique quality to it. First though, it’s a good recording, but interestingly it gives a clear and powerful representation to the often overlooked and seldom FELT kick drum. This instrument is kind of crucial to the sound of a heavy metal band, especially one whose primary power source is closer to the bottom end of the sound spectrum. So, a nicely defined and powerful kick drum propels this show in ways others do not. Highly recommended!

  • Soundboard 9.5 - Somewhat controversial, this tour declared to the world that Bob Dylan would not be owned by a corporation, a label, any entity of this earth…so yeah, when you have something to prove you come out swinging. This stuff is actually some of his best stuff, even if there’s that unmistakable gospel and soul influence, it’s still very much Bob Dylan music. Excellent sound, but if I had to be hyper critical of anything it would be my own personal desire for louder lead guitars.

  • Audience 9.2 - Very nice job by taper to capture a show on good gear that allows the listener to feel a part of the experience – yes there’s some hoots and hollers but you won’t be annoyed, you will kind of agree and maybe do the same. The recording is close and bright with amazing atmospherics.
