Audience 6.8 - For the hardcore collector of the Ziggy days. A rare tape though, wish it was better. -
Audience 7.3 - Suffers from being in a bad spot on the floor but the perspective is interesting nonetheless. It lacks depth and clarity for sure, but hearing this show gives one a real sense of being right there with the tapers. -
Audience 9.2 - A lovely sound, it’s warm and close and very articulate. There’s some interesting spacial characteristics, almost 3D-like. Bowie on this tour paid homage to his back catalog, I would say comprehensively and complimentary. Dodger Stadium Los Angeles, CA. 5-26-1990 Disc 1- Space Oddity

Audience 8.8 - This tape is fascinating! Really gives the listener exactly what they might have experienced attending this concert, a sort of audio time capsule in very good quality but more than that it is LOADED with electric atmosphere. You get a very good sense of time and space. Fantastic! There is one caveat…a microphone drop out does occur towards the end of the show that kind of spoils the flow but it was not something that seemed like taper error so all is forgiven. Audience 9.4 - This is what you want in a recording made from the audience. It has to be done on excellent equipment, and it has to be in a good spot. This is that, and more. Audience 7.8 - Concert Hall sound capturing his last show of the tour. I can enjoy this, but I do have to season it to taste, mainly in adjusting just a little bit to give it more bass response. It’s not bad, it’s not great, it’s good and there’s something here to work with in my opinion. -
Audience 8.2 - There’s a more intimate, immediate sound to this, a little flat but very clear. -

Audience 8.2 - What was once completely unlistenable has now revealed itself to be a tape that contains music and audible sounds…and sound that can be deciphered easily…although clearly not in any kind of high fidelity. Still what you get from this tape is a VERY obvious indication that Bowie knew where music was headed, and in real time is literally creating a new genre and the audience is in pure ecstasy. Kind of neat to listen to this show, it’s a lot higher on the energy scale than most of the other Ziggy recordings believe it or not. DAVID BOWIE - Empire Theatre Edinburgh, Scotland May 19, 1973 1.
