Audience 8.6/Pro 9.1 - This recording was not done on great equipment but it’s not a load of crap. The high frequency range is well represented but at times when the horns hit higher notes it gets a little screechy. The atmosphere is a touch bouncy and live, mid and low frequencies are present but not powerful. Overall it’s not bad, but it isn’t going to set the world on fire. The BBC material is a vast improvement from the ’77 stuff as it is a pro recording and broadcast. Audience 9.4 - If you can’t get into this rollicking, electric southern fried punk and roll then you aren’t alive. This kicks total ass!  Great sound quality and great atmosphere combined with a band that was unfairly ignored by the media at a time when new music and new attitudes were flourishing.
