  • Soundboard 9.2 - Another fun show with the boys. Come on, really if you can’t get into this you just need to drink a couple of beers and relax, maybe smoke a doob or something.
  • Audience 8.8 - Smooth and consistent, a recording that is clear, not overly dynamic (it is metal after all) but you’ll probably enjoy this immensely if you understand that it’s really about the lyrics and the stage banter. Always fun, and it’s two discs so you get a lot of songs! Steel Panther House Of Blues Boston, MA. April 17, 2013 Disc 1 01. In The Future 02. Supersonic Sex Machine 03. Tomorrow Night 04. • Soundboard 9.0 - For those who want to know what Bruce Springsteen was about before he went all FM friendly singer songwriter, look no further than this hard and heavy hard rock jam fest from 1971. I do not like Bruce, I think he’s kind of a big douche, but damn you have to give him props because he is a rock and roll survivor and this early stuff smokes.
  • Audience 8.4 - Pretty loud and intense recording, sounds close to the stage.
  • Audience 8.6 to 9.3 - From different sources and a great collection!
  • Audience 8.7 - A higher rating would be possible if there were some more bottom end on this one, but it is very clear and bright and just perfect for a remastering project. If you love Yes, go for this one.
  • Audience 9.5 - Wow what a great capture by a devoted fan. This could have been broadcast this is THAT GOOD! • Audience 9.2 - Good location, excellent equipment, focus, and a good PA system in the venue means only one thing – an excellent audience tape. This is really well done. • Unsure of year of original release but this is a CD reissue on the Acid Symposium Records. CD is new, never played.
  • Austin rural rock that had built up a good following and had incredible promise but for some reason their first recorded album never got picked up by anyone and remained shelved. As far as I know, this CD is the only way to hear this lost album, it's so obscure not even the track names are known. The band did change their name eventually and recorded another album which I know very little about.
  • Soundboard 9.4 - FM broadcast very high quality, low generation.
  • The Houston Punk/Grunge rock scene of the late 80's and early 90's produced a very diverse and highly talented assortment of bands spawned inside the 610 Loop surrounding the downtown metroplex. Chief among those was a ferocious punk rock (or better, "Burly Pig Rock") band called SPUNK. Fronted by Tod Waters, a mercurial character with non-stop energy, talent, and bravado who to this day still creates dynamic rock and roll (as evidenced by the newest release of his current band DIE FAST). This new release features a pair of never before available soundboard recordings from the downstairs room at the legendary Fitzgerald's Club.
  • Radio Broadcast 8.7 - The organ sounds killer on this. Vocals up front, mixed for radio.
