Aud 7.6 - Large stadium sound with that telltale reverby sound but really pretty clear with just a touch of tape saturation that doesn’t hurt too much thankfully. You can get into this one.

Aud 6.8 - Overloaded tape, and raucous crowd, but with all that Jimi’s guitar cuts right through and surprisingly is a decent sound and not paper thin. Strange tape, should be horrible but there’s just enough here to suck you right into to this show. I tell you what, you really get a sense of the volume of a Hendrix gig!

Audience 8.9 - Terrific! A real sonic treat not to be missed.

Soundboard 8.9 - Great recording that is guitar centric with vocals a little behind the action. The June 15th fragment is a funky SDBRD feed with guitar panned hard right and vocals hard left. It’s also a bit harsh or I should say “biting” but it’s still a joy to hear. Jeff sounds incredible!

Soundboard 8.9 - Interesting set list here, some material that may be considered “deep cuts” played.

Audience -  all shows  Berlin Aud 7.2 A reasonably clear tape, Jimi vocals come through and guitar is right up front too. Drums a little buried but you get enough to know what’s going on. Enjoyable! Cologne Aud 7.0 Mono recording without much separation of instruments, guitar being the clearest here. Hamburg Aud 6.6 Very loud and distorted recording.  Nuremberg Aud 6.7 Thin, with tape noise present, no dynamics, only Jimi's guitar is heard but it is heard clearly ringing out like he was the only one mic’d up!

Aud 8.4 - A very good, clear tape for the time (includes Corn Exchange and Saville Theater 67 both excellent). Only problem is, the taper recorded less than 1 minute on almost every song except for a Red House. Kind of infuriating. (Red House is complete and smokes! It seems this was recorded by someone who interviewed Hendrix, so he probably just wanted small pieces to embellish his interview tape to be broadcast at his college station or something).
