• Audience  9.5 - Superb in every way, probably a pro recording.
  • Audience 8.8 - This tape takes a minute to find a sweet spot, but when it does, it’s quite enjoyable with exceptional detail in the highs – and a good “thwacking” kick drum that anchors the whole thing. A good ‘un!
  • Audience  9.0 - Great definition and a solid spectral range if just the slightest touch of crowding in the mids once the band is full blast, but it totally rocks and you will love it!
  • Audience  8.5 - Clear recording that lacks a bit of upper dynamics but has good low and mid range, although not a super defined quality, but it’s a great recording to my ears.
  • Audience  8.9 - Superb detail, especially mids and highs which are spot on. Very lovely in all regards.
  • Audience 8.8 - A nicely atmospheric tape that is very clear, with pretty decent instrument separation and emphasis on vocals so you hear every lyric. Nothing is drowned out in this mix! • Soundboard  7.7 - Tape shows its age, but the music is very listenable.
  • Soundboard  7.8 – 8.7 - A mixed bag, but all of it is decent and ranges to very decent.
  • Audience  7.3 - Don’t let the poor rating diminish what is a very rare artifact. No other recordings of this period exist, which is hard to believe. Coming from a master cassette, the sound is cavernous and not well defined, but it is also very clear which may sound impossible but it’s true. It’s clean, and not a complete waste at all. In fact, I listened to it, gave it a chance, and decided that it is acceptable for hard core fans who want to know what White Trash sounded like live, in Detroit, in 1977. And they were stunning, to be honest.
  • Audience 9.5 - Unbelievably awesome! Strap yourself in and get ready to hear just how insanely good a well done audience recording can be. • Audience 8.8 - This is the good stuff, seriously good I mean. What you are getting in this one is a band really unstoppable, with a monstrous hit in Frankenstein that the audience is going nuts for and for good reason – a penultimate version that will leave you completely floored. Very strong recording puts you in the action with a front row seat. I love it! • Aud/FM?  7.7 -  Hard to say really what the source is for this one. To my ears, it sounds like it was recorded for local broadcast, and being the year 1974 was probably sponsored by a local AM radio station It sounds like the engineers did spare the expense of the recording, so, yeah, it’s less than what you might expect of a broadcast.
  • Audience 9.7 - There’s no way this isn’t a professional recording, it’s too good and it doesn’t come across as a board tape but it could be, if they used some ambient mics and mixed that in but either way this is simply spectacular. If you are wondering how Eddie must sound now with so many years removed from grunge I have news for you – he sounds as good as ever and his band is great, and the songs he performs in his set are all great. • Audience  8.4 - Great, very clear sound. DVD is pro shot live television performances.
  • Professional recording taken from a rare vinyl LP
  • Officially reissued by ShroomAngel, this CD gathers together the 1977 demos recorded by a group of musicians based in the Canterbury section of London. The music is spacey, with Middle East overtones and occasionally reminds of a minimalist version of Steve Hillage.
  • Recorded in 1977 by a group of musicians who brought different perspectives into the equation. Very much an English folk psyche type of record but features a lot of Eastern influence with the introduction of Sitar, and tablas (and other sounds), an ethereal vibe permeates as Moog synthesizers weave in and out of the music. Lots of heavy, mystical vibe on this one.
  • Audience 9.1 -A fantastic tape that gets the right amount of atmosphere to give you a good sense of the moment, the venue, the crowd. The quality of the sound is very clean and punchy although leans toward an upper mid band frequency at the expense of the bottom end. It’s not as full a sound as could have been but it’s an excellent quality of sound nonetheless. The music is very engaging, this is a most welcomed tape. • Audience 9.0 - An incredible document from The Netherlands that you can’t deny.  I am a huge fan of this band, and of Jerney Kaggman in particular (one look will indicate the simple reason why), but seriously if you have any interest at all in progressive rock and have not yet discovered this band, this is a great opportunity to take a chance I promise you won’t regret it. Sound quality here is very good, capturing the power and finesse of the band and with this fine lady singer it’s like you don’t even need a PA because her soaring, soulful voice pierces the veil of sound with ease. Musically impeccable, divinely inspired and maestros on all instruments – WHAT A GREAT FUCKING BAND! • Audience  8.8 - Simply magnificent! This is one that you will play over and over, for reasons beyond what a short description can cover. I am thrilled to be able to relive this gig, so long ago, in a time when a band played whatever they felt and not what someone else suggested. If you are familiar with this band, I applaud your excellent taste in music. If you are not familiar with them, may I suggest giving this music a try? You will not be disappointed that I can promise.
  • Audience  8.3 - There’s nothing I do not love about this band, especially their lovely singer with her delicate lilting voice that ranges dramatically up and down when the music calls for it. Splendid!
  • Audience  8.8 - Very accurate detail and good mix make for a lot of fun with this.
  • Audience 8.6 - Not a bad tape at all, and seeing how there’s now all of what, one known live tape of this band I would say that is kind of cool. The band?  Well they are in their final incarnation here, and playing is very loose and experimental…but honestly they needed to ditch the flautist as he contributes not only nothing, but he’s in the way. Let the guitarist do his thing ‘cause he seems to be able to turn on the switch and lay down bursts of awesome psychedelic insanity. • Audience  8.5 - Average for a newer recording, although at times it gets clearer possibly because taper moves into a better spot. Sometimes a very annoying wooer makes his stupid presence known and worse he has to attempt to sing along often out of key and not getting the words right. Why? Why must you? Next time stay home and listen to the records by yourself.
  • Audience  9.3 - Strong recording!
  • Audience  8.7 - The levels here are low, but the sound is good all you need to do is turn it up.
  • Audience 9.6 - This one is crystal clear, a great mix full of vibe and energy on both parts. Guitar work/Well done.
  • Audience  8.9 - Good clear recording where the highs have a pleasant chimy sound, not shrill or thin. The bass notes are very clear too.
  • Audience  8.9 - Extra special emphasis on the drums here, they sound slamming!
  • Audience  8.6 - A touch on the thin side maybe, and sounds from somewhere in the middle of the venue so you do get more of the atmosphere. There is a lot of crowd excitement and participation. Guitar sound terrific actually, cutting through everything right to the ears in a good way, adding to the excitement. Dweezil sounds great and absolutely shreds this gig.
  • Audience  8.9 - A great recording in almost every respect, in fact it is almost too clean! Wonderful.
  • Dweezil Zappa Denver 2014 Audience 9.7 - Exceptional audio, this one has great balance of instuments, while the band is very tight.
  • Audience  8.5 - A very clean recording that is not as clear as it is clean. Not to say it is muddy, it is saying there is a lack of defined high end, the recording rests mainly in mid range and low end, which is nice and round. I think by adding your own treble boost, you can turn this into a 9.0 recording. Needs upper mid and highs.
  • AUDience  9.4 - First thing you notice is that you hear every instrument CLEARLY, which is actually pretty damn unusual for a band that has so much going on and has to be a nightmare to mix clearly. Well, separation of instruments without loss of power is, to me, a great recording.
  • Audience  8.8 - I like this in your face recording, sounds like taper is right in front of the mains but he’s got the levels dialed in just right. This is ripping, gripping, and tripping power prog metal of the highest caliber.
  • Soundboard 9.4 - A lovely capture that was broadcast over the air but this sounds like a pre-broadcast tape and it’s excellent. I especially like how the atmosphere of the event was maintained, it’s not a sterile sounding mix.
