Studio quality 9.4 - There’s some strange audio artifacts on the first song but it also could be one of the vocal mics acting funny…I could not figure it out but it’s intermittent. The rest is spot on. Audience 9.1 - You have to really try hard if you want to screw up a stealth recording in this day and age – excellent equipment, great PA’s, decent venues…so thankfully taper understands and delivers a pleasant “souvenir” in this live tape. Soundboard 9.2 - These are great but Prince himself mixed them hot and put them out exactly as you hear them. These recordings are going to probably melt your speakers, the levels are really pushed all the way up just to the breaking point. Still, to my ears I like what I am hearing.
