• Radio Broadcast 9.4 - Perhaps one of the best live documents in existence, even if there are marginally better sounding shows out there (although this one is killer), this tops it for exuberance and swagger. • Brand New - 2 great broadcasts from “The Years of Decay” era (89-90), plus 4 live tracks from a live video from 1986. Overkill Live with great sound and fantastic performances.
  • The demos from one of the greatest records of all time! Randy’s work can be heard here, different solos melodies simply amazing! A lot has been said though the years about this record, this demos show a different insight about how this fantastic master piece came together.
  • Audience 8.6 - The first thing you want to do when you begin to play this is skip the first song. The taper is bustling around trying to get into his seat, the tape deck microphone is buried deep within his clothing and the sound mix on stage is still being dialed in...all told this track is unlistenable. What happens next is miraculous - the sun begins to shine in the darkness! We now have a recording to enjoy, and it is enjoyable. It's not Randy, but look, what was asked of Bernie was impossible and he did a remarkable job filling in while they searched for a permanent replacement. I admire Bernie Torme and do not ignore the live recordings of him with Ozzy (not many are very good unfortunately). This is one of the better sounding tapes out there from this period. • Audience 8.7 - This could also get a few tenths of a point up for the careful re-mastering that recently was applied to the old tape. It definitely needed a refresh, and it got one and it is way the better for it. The highlight for me is that Randy's guitar is the clearest instrument, followed by Ozzy and the others all decently placed in the soundfield with the only knock being the overall clarity and dynamics. That being said, this is a great recording for the time period, knowing how precious few great sounding Blizzard tour tapes there are. I have to rank this in the top 5 I think, because the guitar is so good (you get the tone, and a great sense of the spirit of the room and the band). • Brand New - Soundboard - 5 Weeks before the tragic death of Randy Rhoads, Ozzy did a show at Wings Stadium, Kalamazoo, MI, USA. This is probably the last soundboard recording of Randy’s mastery. A fantastic show and a must for any true Ozzy fan!
  • Audience 8.8 - I give this recording high marks for being one of the good ones, and you know how important any live recording with Randy Rhoades is so instantly when you hear this, and your ears go "wow, cool", well that means we have something special. Now, it does take a song or so to get balanced, maybe that is the taper and maybe that is the house, either way it is typical of an old audience tape to start a little rough but settle in as it goes. I am not saying this is super-duper, but when you have at least a very listenable tape, where you can clearly hear Randy and Ozzy, maybe a tiny bit of overload here but it doesn't matter - my ears don't lie and I felt this one delivered the goods. • Professional recording only available as a digital download. It's too good to remain vapor ware. A lot of effort and care has been taken to represent this release as close to an official capacity as possible. So, if you love complex, ELP inspired prog with vintage sounding instruments (think Anglagard, ELP, Porcupine Tree). than get this because this Russian band really delivers the goods. • Audience 8.7 - A somewhat crude tape that manages to still present some meat you can savor. The slightly overloaded tape can still allow everything to be heard although drums are not very distinct (cymbal washes do clear the mix because they sit in the high band range) and neither are the vocals - but here's the saving grace: The guitar is present and accounted for and you really NEED that with this band because this guy is phenomenal. • Audience 8.9 - Excellent quality, I did find it worthwhile in almost every regard but keep in mind it is a large venue so it is not a close, tight, and super dynamic recording. It is, however, clear and well done, and overall the sound is picked up well from the main P.A. system, it has force, it has clarity, it has a good "live" quality to it with all the atmosphere of being there. • Brand New - Live and Studio - During 1979 the band recorded 11 tracks (studio demos), made now available on this CD, wiling to secure a record deal with some American Record Label. Randy Rhoads later left Quiet Riot after accepting an offer to form a new band with ex-Black Sabbath vocalist Ozzy Osbourne. Along with this demo this CD also contains various rare tracks recorded from 1975 to 1979. Songs that remained unreleased.
  • Brand New - Recorded Live At M3 Rock Festival in 2012. The live album that was missing! Ratt live during “Infestation” era delivering an amazing show full of classic tunes with Warren Dimartini and Carlos Cavazo delivering a great guitar work along with a tight rhythmic section with Crucier and Blotzer together fronted by Stephen Percy still singing great. One of the last opportunity to listen to all this guys together on stage.
