Peoria 1970 Soundboard 9.3 – Excellent in all the ways you need it to be including the fact that it is from a period of time when the band was being rocketed to fame and the playing is at such a high level of intensity every night. This night is no exception. Nice to have the rarely played “It Better End Soon” on here.
Seattle 1972 Audience 8.5 – A complete show in above average quality that collectors are going to savor. The sound quality is fine but for some crowded action right in the middle causing a lack of clarity (not muddy, bid difference!) but the EQ is good (balanced) and the sonic level is very high but not distorted which makes for an electric kind of tape.
Chicago 1973 Audience 8.7 -This tape has some of that big hall echo on vocals but I like how clear it is otherwise. It is one of those tapes that allow you to get a good sense of what it probably sounded like there.
