Audience 8.6 – Starts off a bit dodgy but gets better. Vocals are up front in the mix but still “round” and by that I mean not clearly defined to where you can make out the words. Drums are probably the clearest instrument in this recording and they propel the music forward with gusto. Guitars are raucous and as dirty as you want them, and the overall recording is a bit dirty too coming from the crowd where you get a great sense of being there with them. This is a recording that is worth sticking with because by the third or fourth song in you can really start to appreciate it because it does seem as though everything gets just a little bit clearer and more distinct (you can really tell during Over The Top).
