Audience 8.7 – This could also get a few tenths of a point up for the careful re-mastering that recently was applied to the old tape. It definitely needed a refresh, and it got one and it is way the better for it. The highlight for me is that Randy’s guitar is the clearest instrument, followed by Ozzy and the others all decently placed in the soundfield with the only knock being the overall clarity and dynamics. That being said, this is a great recording for the time period, knowing how precious few great sounding Blizzard tour tapes there are. I have to rank this in the top 5 I think, because the guitar is so good (you get the tone, and a great sense of the spirit of the room and the band).
