Audience 9.5 – Recently re-mastered and never sounding better, this old tape is full of life. The sound is bold, and really the only things keeping it from being even higher on the ratings scale is just some minor dtuff. I sometimes hear tape slippage or squeal but it’s barely noticeable and infrequent, and there are some other small issues that occasionally pop up but since the sound is so great you just don’t even notice any flaws. I think this one belongs in your must have list.
