Audience 8.6 – Small club vibe and really good sound with an emphasis on percussion clarity and presence. Recording leans to the mid and upper end but it’s not too brittle there, so it’s very comfortable but can use some added low end anyway. Aside from that, this is quite good.

The Psychedelic Furs are an English rock band founded in 1977. Led by singer Richard Butler and his brother Tim Butler on bass. The Psychedelic Furs are one of the many acts spawned from the British post-punk scene. Their debut album was in 1980. But in 1982, the band were reduced to a four-piece. The Furs did find success in the US with their next release, 1981’s Talk Talk Talk, which included the original version of “Pretty in Pink”, which was later re-recorded for the 1986 movie soundtrack “Pretty in Pink”.
This movie would help launch Molly Ringwald’s acting career.
