SANTANA – Detroit 1979 (2CD)

Soundboard 9.1 – A somewhat dated sounding tape (a touch of hiss, and a very slight amount of distortion on the cymbals during at least the first 20 minutes as the soundman dials it in) but it is a treat to hear these songs in such good quality. My review is subjective, I think it’s a fine recording but I have to nitpick seeing as there’s a very steady supply of Santana soundboards.
