Audience 9.4 – A smooth and comfortable sound, obviously taper running great mics and in a relatively decent position. The mix favors vocals and there’s a great kick drum presence that propels the music. Guitars seem to hover overhead, not bombastic but rather more subdued but not absent by any means. Audience members are occasionally heard nearby, and that reminds you that you are hearing a stealth recording albeit one done with semi-pro gear.
