Ohio – Soundboard 9.8 – Excellent live sound, vibrant and alive! Sounds like yesterday.
Davis – Audience 8.8 – Mid size hall acoustics but a good, clear tape that probably sounds a lot like what the show actually sounded like. Taper occasionally stops machine just before some songs end (possibly trying to save tape) but the overall job done here is admirable for its stability. The liveness of the tape gives an excitement factor to the show, that counts for something too when rating a tape.
New York – Soundboard 9.7 – Professionally recorded and it is obvious this could have been meant for a release or at the very least a broadcast, since most Bottom Line shows were broadcast I would say this sounds like a pre-broadcast reel. Amazing!
